It's a fact that all RF generator oscillator tubes degrade and in two years time, they can lose up to 50% of their power output. This requires the operator to constantly readjust the process parameters, forcing re-validation. That's why we don't use them! ONEX RF welding / HF sealing systems not only guarantee consistent power distribution from the generator to the sealing die(without any degradation), but also monitor the process. We use a closed loop control system that detects all variations or abnormality in the sealing process.
