ONEX heat sealers use cartridge heaters to heat the die. For some applications we also use RF energy combined with special substrate to heat nonpolar materials.

ONEX RF uses modular design to integrate die cutting or printing as a secondary operation, which eliminates extra material handling and registration requirements.
