ONEX RF Automation has developed heat sealing platforms for "Green Plastics" (nonpolar materials) that are not RF sealable. In addition to just conventional heat sealing technology, ONEX RF has the capability to use RF energy and a combination of other sealing methods that support sealing nonpolar plastics. All our machines can be converted from RF to conventional heat sealing with some simple modifications.

Our Rotary and Inline machines come with a secondary die cutting station that eliminates any need for additional material handling. Resulting in finished goods out of a single module or machine.
