Most Catheter Tip Forming systems have several common problems and limitations that haven't been addressed for years. Most systems are designed to work for only one or two product sizes. Changeovers are tedious and time consuming causing process inconsistencies and rejects.
With ONEX RF's newly developed Tip Forming Systems (The TF-801-X2 and TF-801-X4), we're able to switch from one size or shape catheter to another with a simple Die Cassette and Clamp changeover. The changeover happens within minutes eliminating the need for major disassembly or testing.
The standard 2 up platform is designed to handle all size tubes and the 4 up platform is designed to handle sizes below 1/4" OD tubes.

Hole Punching: ONEX RF Hole punching systems use conventional punching dies combined with high frequency, so the systems form a nice smooth finish around the punched hole without leaving sharp edges or particulates.
