Greater Process Control: ONEX RF's catheter tip formers unique control features enable operators to overcome common problems and mistakes, including process inconsistency, difficult and slow changeovers and variations after changeovers. ONEX RF Tip Formers also enable operators to adjust the position of the dies closer or farther from the coil to easily find not only the correct but also the most efficient heat zone. All features are designed to be validated and to control the process preventing mistakes during setup. 

Easy Touch-Screen Operation: A 6.5" color touch screen is used to control the system. The Touch-Screen allows the operator to view station data, set system parameters or upload saved programs. 

The Fastest Changeovers in the World:  Our patent pending designs allow operators to complete changeovers in just in 3-5 minutes without the use of wrenches or special tools. After die and clamp setup, simply input the parameters for the new process, or select a stored program, that's it!  

Faster Validation: You can quickly validate new processes and be in production while competitors are slowly working through the traditional validation. ONEX RF records the actual position of the coil and stroke so, there's no black magic or guesswork required.  

Online Support and Process Tuning: ONEX RF's PC based controls allow our customers to monitor the process and perform basic SPC. The built-in USB and Ethernet communication ports allow for fast access to online support and process tuning.
