ONEX RF has Design Experience in RF welding systems, RF Tip Forming systems and Medical Device process automation.
ONEX RF's welding experience allows us to identify correct process parameters and tune the die in matter of a few hours. Our patent pending process control software helps the operator by creating a graph of the RF welding process. The operator can see if the weld was successful or not, on an embedded touch screen. It improves efficiency by storing the process parameters. So now, you always have the same setup with the least amount of material used and power lost or reflected. NO COIL TWEAKING, NO BLACK MAGIC!
ONEX RF Tip forming systems come with unique features that reduce product changeover and setup time up to 75% compared to other Tip forming systems in the industry.
When our customers' volumes reach higher levels, ONEX RF has over 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing fully automated production lines. We specialize in automating RF welding and catheter manufacturing processes for the medical industry. Many of these high volume production lines include device assembly, inspection processes and packaging.

Mon - Thu: Orders will be accepted until 2 pm for same-day shipping, if in stock or for direct shipment from the OEM.
Fri: Orders will be accepted until 11 am for same-day shipping, if in stock or for direct shipment from the OEM.
In the event, the requested spare part is not in stock, ONEX RF will expedite the procurement. We will even manufacture it, if possible, to prevent excess down time.
System Manuals
ONEX RF systems come with a copy of the program, detailed operating instructions, assembly, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
You will find a complete spare parts list in our system manual, plus all parts have a specific number printed on them. Any part can be order by typing in the part number on our website.
Modifications
Our automation group can help with process or system level modifications. Our engineers can help ensure the modifications are a success, even if it requires integrating new stations in a very short time.
