The RF-Roto X1 medical RF welding machine / HF sealer is ideal for medium production runs (500-2,000 articles/hr). It is designed to have the same features as the RF-Shuttle X2 with the best process consistency and repeatability in the industry. It uses the same die positioning mechanism as the X2 for virtually no port seal leaks.

The systems are constructed using ONEX RF modular design principles and can be integrated with automatic material feed & cut and/or port feeding stations.
