We recognize downtime is incredibly troublesome and that our customers expect a machine to operate consistently at a high level which is why we offer immediate remote or onsite support.
As with RF Welding, our Catheter Tip formation machines utilize various processes that work together in harmony to produce an excellent product consistently. From time to time, and for various reasons, machines can break down or just need a tune up. Similar to our RF Welding Service, we conduct a deductive process which narrows down the issues to either a mechanical, software related, or simply wear and tear issue. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we provide onsite customer support and assistance. Our customers continue to work with OnexRF because of our industry leading reputation of first class customer support.
Complete, well-documented manuals are just another example of how organized and ready ONEX RF is. All the vital system operating information is provided to our customers in print format and on CD.
During the Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) phase, the client will receive training on how to operate and maintain the new system. When the machine is complete and delivered, we conduct a Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Additional level of training can be offer on an as needed basis.
