The Heat Sealing and Die Cutting System is designed to seal 0.005" thick multilayer film to non-woven fabric and to die cut the excess material.

The seal and die cut stations use toggle mechanism that centers and supports the nests. The result is a highly repeatable process which yields a perfectly sealed and cut product.

The system is great for medical and biotech pouches that use heat sealable materials and orthopedic products.
