Customer's volume was growing double digit, and they wanted similar RF welder but double the capacity.
ONEX RF Solution:
We analyzed the requirements and decided to design dual shuttle RF welder front to back but the only issue was the RF feed line because it was going to travel longer on 60" platen and we would have uneven RF energy distribution. The solution came fast and we were able to bring the shielded RF feed line to the center and achieve even seal in all section of the product.
