Customer needed a heat sealer to seal the ports and perimeter of a solution bag on rotary sealer that has very small footprint.

ONEX RF Solution:

We provided a Turnkey Process to heat seal the products and supported the client in validating the entire heat sealing process.

We provided the following systems:

  • HS-Roto-S3 / Small Rotary Heat Sealer to seal the ports from top and bottom and perimeter of the bag.
