Customer was manufacturing different size TPU pouches for various applications TPU Cold Packs, TPU surgical instrument pouches using an RF welder and Die cutting machine afterwards. Every time they changed the setup they had to spend 2-3 hours to get the RF sealer produce good quality seals.
They asked us to design a system to reduce the change over time and combine the die cutting operation.
