RF Welding Tourniquet Cuff

Customer came to us with no previous experience in RF sealing technology for the medical device industry.

We provided a Turnkey Process to seal the products and supported the client in validating the entire RF welding process.

We provided the following systems:

  • RF-Roto-M4 / Rotary RF Welder to seal the perimeter and inner stiffener material.
  • We used a dual shuttle RF Sealer to seal the ports in another process (RF-Shuttle-X2)
  • We design and manufactured all the dies
  • We did the DOE at ONEX RF and produced the sample products before shipping the system
  • ONEX RF engineers did complete validation of the RF welder at customer site.

Customer needed a large upper platen to seal the attachments to a strap and have even RF power distribution all four corners of the products.

We provided a Turnkey RF welding system to seal the products and helped setup process parameters.

We provided the following systems:

  • RF-Roto-M4 / Rotary RF Welder to seal the perimeter and inner stiffener material.
  • Design and Manufactured all the dies
  • Created the RF welding process parameters and shipped samples for customer evaluation, before shipping the system.
